Congratulations to this week’s Changemakers, selected for showing empathy, teamwork, creativity and leadership.  Congratulations also to this weeks fantastic Show and Tell (Outside School Achievements)

Congratulations to our 2026 Monsignor McGrane House Group Winners Curryhughes captained by Daniel Smith and Hugh Renaghan.  The boys were presented with the House Trophy by Chairman of our Board of Governors Mr Brian Rafferty with all other children receiving a Blessed Monsignor McGrane Miraculous Medal.

Notices for Week Beginning Monday 8th June 2026 Walk to School Week

All children to be dropped off at the Club between 9.00am and 9.15am.  Children who attend the morning club should be dropped off at the school as per normal and they will walk to the club with staff.  Parents welcome to join in our walk.

Primary 3 and 4

Primary 3 and 4 will visit Airtastic Craigavon on Tuesday 9th June 2026.  They will leave school at approximately 9.15am and return for 3pm.  The cost of the trip is £30.00 including bus and lunch.  No uniform or spending money is required. Please return the attached form below with full payment in cash by Friday 22nd May 2026.

Next Week Trips

Primary 5 and 6.

Primary 5 visit Funtasia Water Park in Drogheda on Monday 15th June 2026.  The cost of the trip is £46.00.  The children will leave school at 8.45am and return at approximately 4.00pm.  Children should bring snacks and a packed lunch.  They will need swimming gear etc.  Children may bring some pocket money. We advise caution in the amount sent as this can easily be lost in the Funtasia area. Please return the attached form below with full payment in cash by Friday 22nd May 2026.

Primary 7.

Primary 7 will visit Carlingford Activity Centre on Monday 15th June 2026.  The children will leave school at 8.00am and return at approximately 6.00pm.

Activities include the Sky Net Adventure with Maze, Frisbee Golf followed by water trampoline in the afternoon. They should bring a change of clothing as they will get wet during the wet activities.  This should include a change of underwear and a change of trainers.  Children should bring a packed lunch.  We will also visit Chip Shop on the way home so they should bring some money!  We advise caution in the amount sent with the children.   The cost of the trips is £75.00.  Please return the attached form below with full payment in cash by Friday 22nd May 2026.
