We welcomed our New Primary 1 Class to school this week.  We wish them all the luck in the world as they begin their Primary School Journey with us.  May Our Lady and St Mochua guide and protect them.

Congratulations to all our children who achieved awards for May June. Certificates are awarded for Consistent Effort, Excellent Behaviour, Homework and Handwriting as well as Literacy and Numeracy. Super Effort!!  Included also are the children who got their piece of work selected for Mr Farrell

Congratulations to all the boys and girls who took part in the Reading Partnership Programme throughout the year. Special thanks to Anne and Mary who deliver the programme to the children. Super!!

Sports Day We had a fantastic Sports Day today! Great fun was had by all. Thank you to Rice’s Supermarket for supplying all the children with a snack and to Derrynoose GAC for the use of their field.

We had a wonderful occasion on yesterday evening at our End of Term Mass. A truly inspirational evening to mark the end of the school year. We were delighted to welcome Sports Reach to our school this week along with Pastor David Bell. They delivered a powerful message about the importance of prayer and following in the footsteps of Jesus as well as showing a link between sport and our faith. A great day was had by all.

Trip to Croke Park Primary 6 & 7 had a fantastic trip today to Croke Park. This was part of the celebrations from our recent Cumman na mBunscol success. The children got a tour of the stadium including a walk around the changing rooms, the museum and up the famous Hogan Stand steps! Thank you [&
